Every member of the staff was very amiable and attentive. The venue was set in the central position adjacent to the city centre and soho, Goodge st tube station and all the buses that run along tottenham court rd and public transport. The lunch in Mere a minute walk from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Got the same nicely furnished and freshly decorated room with a bed booked online, enjoyed that. The breakfast had good selection of items.

I definitely recommend this place to others - the staff is great and the breakfast was satisfactory, making it perfect for a romantic holiday.

I've stayed 3 times, the last time in Charlotte St. and it's been ideal.

Staff, cleanliness, cost, convenience. Ideally placed for Euston and central London.

I wish the owners would buy bigger sheets as I've ended up with the bottom sheet in a ruck and I've been sleeping on the mattress.

The hotel was well-appointed, as for me everything was great. The room was exceptionally good, with good kitchens, air con, as for instance, slept really well. The venue had a central setting in vivid area of London.

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of satisfying options, and it's in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the BT Tower.

the arrangements were easy to follow, and staff and facilities more than suited my needs. I appreciated the stocked fridge.

Bathrooms were a bit small.

The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is magnificent not far from the shop next doors, the tube station, and British Museum. The staff is affable and the food is GOOD.

I had the most AMAZING stay at this aparthotel! The room was small but so cozy and well-decorated. The bathroom was spotlessly clean! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the super helpful Sudhir. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major attractions. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the room had all the necessary amenities like wifi, TV, and a hairdryer. a fantastic experience that exceeded all my expectations!

Communal kitchen, with access to food for self-catering, was very well laid out. Dining room, sofa and outside area were all very pleasant

TV channel connections sometimes irratic. Some channels could not be accessed as a result.

A very personal touch with this accommodation. Welcoming, comfortable and relaxed with all the amenities needed. Great location with easy access to Oxford Street. I would definately stay here again on my next visit to London.
